REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES:
All cancellations must be made at least 7 business days prior to an event to receive a full refund or to not be responsible for the invoice balance due. We accept others to attend if you are unable to do so. We will not cancel the conference unless the Governor of NJ declares a State of Emergency. Refunds will only be issued if there is a state of emergency declared.Policy is subject to change with or without notification at any time.Refund and cancellation requests can be sent to kelly.clarida@gse.rutgers.edu
